Compress for Life - CPR Class for Community, Family and Friends
CPR, or Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation, is an important skill that everyone can learn. You do not need to be a medical professional to know or use CPR. You never know when you may need this skill to save someone you love
or be a hero to a stranger. During this 2 ½ hour class participants will learn Adult, Child & Infant CPR, the Heimlich maneuver, and AED demonstration from certified American CPR Training Instructor, Michael Lang. All class materials will be provided and participants will earn an American CPR Training Certification Card good for 2 years.
Ages: 12 and over
Cost: $25 Two Class Sessions Available:

Ballroom Dancing ~

You’ve seen it on “Dancing With the Stars”, now you can experience  Ballroom Dancing yourself. Ballroom dancing is easy to learn and besides being great fun, is also great exercise for people of all ages. It is not necessary to bring a partner. As in all social dance classes, partners are rotated during the class. Dances to be taught include: Cha Cha, Foxtrot, Rumba, Tango and Waltz.
Please do not wear flip-flops or sandals.

East Coast Swing Dance ~Click here to Register Now
East Coast Swing Dancing is very easy to learn and besides being great fun, it is also excellent exercise for people of all ages. This retro-style dance can be enjoyed with many kinds of music including Big Band, Rhythm & Blues, 50's Lounge Music, Western Swing, Rockabilly, 50's Rock And Roll and Boogie Woogie.
You do not need to bring a partner. As in all social dance classes, partners will be rotated throughout the lesson. Each student receives a practice CD. The instructor is Swing historian Christopher Perry.
We will also spend a small amount of class time learning the 1930's group Swing dance, THE SHIM SHAM.

Personal Self Defence Class

Learn the time tested art of the Samurai-tailored to today’s environment. Participants will learn a variety of self defense techniques. This 2 1/2 hour,
hands-on lesson includes demonstrations, instruction and lecture.
Students will pair up to practice so comfortable clothing is recommended and no jewelry please. Space is limited, early registration is encouraged.
